Chicken, half, small piece, ground pepper, sprinkle, white rice 1 cup, onion 1, diced, garlic 1 cloves, minced, whole kernel corn, 1 box, olive, 10 piece salt 1 tsp, water 2 cups | 雞, 半隻,切小塊, 黑胡椒 撒上少許, 白米飯1小杯, 洋蔥, 1個切粒, 蒜頭1個剁碎, 玉米粒, 1盒 橄欖, 10粒 鹽1茶匙 水 2杯 |
1. Preheat Oven 200 oC
2. Saute onions, garlic, pepper in olive oil,
pesto sauce, bake 3 to 5 minutes
3. Add and stir rice, and water or vegetable broth 4. Add and stir corn, olive 5. Add salt and stir 6. Add Chicken to the top 7. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes 8. when liquid is absorbed, the rice is done |
