salmon steak, 1 piece, diced, ground pepper, sprinkle, white rice 1 cup, onion 1, diced, garlic 1 cloves, minced, carrot 1/2 piece, diced, mushroom 1 piece, diced, salt 1 tsp, water 2 cups | 鮭魚, 1件,切小塊, 黑胡椒 撒上少許, 白米飯1小杯, 洋蔥, 1個切粒, 蒜頭1個剁碎, 胡蘿蔔半個,切粒, 平菇1個,切粒, 鹽1茶匙 水 2杯 |
1. Preheat Oven 200 oC
2. Saute onions, garlic, pepper in olive oil, bake 3 to 5 minutes 3. Add and stir rice, and water or vegetable broth 4. Add and stir oyster mushroom, carrot 5. Add salt and stir 6. Add Salmon to the top 7. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes 8. when liquid is absorbed, the rice is done |
