2013 Explore Cooking - Korean Style Jajangbap Rice

Korean Style Jajangbap Rice (modified version) 炸醬飯 (改版)







Portion for Two Person 兩人份
onion 1/2, diced,
carrot, 1/2, diced,
eggplant, 1, diced,
olive oil 1/8 cup,
ginger, minced, 1/4 tsp,
ground pepper, sprinkle,
white rice 1 cup,
pork 1 cups diced,
salt 1 tsp,
water or vegetable broth, 3/4 cups,
洋蔥半個切粒
胡蘿蔔半個切粒
茄子1個切粒
橄欖油 (或任何食油)
薑,剁碎 1/4茶匙
黑胡椒 撒上少許
白米飯1杯
豬肉 1杯 切粒  
鹽1茶匙
水或蔬菜湯,3/4杯


Steam White Rice (use Rice Cooker, or Non-stick Pot)
1. Boil water, rice, cook for 15 mins
蒸白米飯(用電飯煲,或不粘鍋)
1. 燒開水半杯,白米, 煮15分鐘
1. Preheat Frying pan
2. Sautee olive oil, ginger, pork, for 5 minutes 
(half cooked)
3. Pour pork on a bowl
4. Preheat another Frying pan
5. Sautee olive oil, onion, carrot, 1/4 cup of water,
cook for 10 mins
6. Add eggplant, cook for 3 mins
7. Add pork, turn off the heat, stir
8. Make some room in the center of frying pan
9. Add Jajang, turn on the heat, and stir, for 2 mins
10. the rice is done
1. 預熱煎鍋
2. 爆香 橄欖油, 薑, 豬肉 5分鐘 (半熟)
3. 把豬肉放入碗中
4. 預熱另一個煎鍋
5. 爆香橄欖油, 洋蔥, 胡蘿蔔,
1/4杯的水, 煮10分鐘
6. 加入茄子, 煮3分鐘
7. 加豬肉, 關火, 攪拌
8. 在平底鍋中心, 留出一些空間
9. 加炸醬, 開爐, 充分攪拌均勻
2分鐘
10. 飯熟





Step 5,6. Oil, Carrot, Onion, Eggplant



Step 7. Vegetable, Pork



Step 8, 9. Jajang



Finish!
