2013 Explore Cooking - Asian Style Ribs and Onion Rice

Asian Style Ribs and Onion Rice (Bake Version) 亞洲風格的牛仔骨洋蔥飯 (烘烤版)




Portion for Two Person 兩人份

beef ribs, 3 piece, 
cut into smaller piece,
ground pepper, sprinkle,
white rice 1 cup,
onion 1, diced,
garlic 1 cloves, minced,
carrot 1/2 piece, diced,
salt 1 tsp,
water 2 cups


牛仔骨, 3件,切小塊, 
黑胡椒 撒上少許,
白米飯1小杯,
洋蔥, 1個切粒,
蒜頭1個剁碎,
胡蘿蔔半個,切粒,
鹽1茶匙
2杯


1. Preheat Oven 200 oC
2. Saute onions, garlic, pepper in olive oil, bake 3 to 5 minutes
3. Add and stir rice, and water or vegetable broth
4. Add and stir carrot
5. Add salt and stir
6. Add Ribs to the top
7. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
8. when liquid is absorbed, the rice is done
1. 烤箱預熱200℃
2. 爆香洋蔥,大蒜,橄欖油,烤3至5分鐘
3. 添加和攪拌大米, 加入水或蔬菜湯
4. 添加和攪拌, 胡蘿蔔
5. 加入鹽
6. 放上牛仔骨
 
7. 用鋁箔蓋,烤25至30分鐘
8. 當水份被吸收, 飯熟
