2013 Explore Cooking - Asian Style Mushroom and Bean Curd Rice

Asian Style Mushroom and Bean Curd Rice (Bake version) 亞洲風格 的草菇炸豆腐燴飯 (烘烤)




Portion for Two Person 兩人份
onion 1/2, diced,
garlic 1 cloves, minced,
olive oil 1/8 cup,
ginger, ground scallion, 1/4 tsp,
ground cloves pepper, sprinkle,
white rice 1 cup,
straw mushroom 1 cups diced,
fried bean curd 1/2 cup diced,
salt 1 tsp,
water or vegetable broth, 3/4 cups,

1. Preheat Oven 200 oC
2. Saute onions, garlic, in olive oil, bake 3 to 5 minutes
3. Add and stir ginger, scallion, and pepper
4. Add and stir rice, and water or vegetable broth
5. Add and stir straw mushroom, fried bean curd
6. Add salt and stir
7. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
8. when liquid is absorbed, the rice is done
1. 烤箱預熱200℃
