2013 Explore Cooking - Asian Style Chicken and Onion Rice

Asian Style Chicken and Onion Rice (Bake Version) 亞洲風格的雞肉洋蔥飯 (烘烤版)





Portion for Two Person 兩人份

Chicken, half, small piece,
ground pepper, sprinkle,
white rice 1 cup,
onion 1, diced,
garlic 1 cloves, minced,
whole kernel corn, 1 box,
olive, 10 piece

salt 1 tsp,
water 2 cups


半隻,切小塊, 

黑胡椒 撒上少許,
白米飯1小杯,
洋蔥, 1個切粒,
蒜頭1個剁碎,
玉米粒, 
1
橄欖, 10

鹽1茶匙
2杯


1. Preheat Oven 200 oC
2. Saute onions, garlic, pepper in olive oil, 
pesto sauce, bake 3 to 5 minutes
3. Add and stir rice, and water or vegetable broth
4. Add and stir corn, olive
5. Add salt and stir
6. Add Chicken to the top
7. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake for 25 to 30 minutes
8. when liquid is absorbed, the rice is done
1. 烤箱預熱200℃
2. 爆香洋蔥,大蒜,橄欖油,

醬, 烤3至5分鐘 
3. 添加和攪拌大米, 加入水或蔬菜湯
4. 添加和攪拌
玉米粒橄欖 
5. 加入鹽
6. 放上雞肉
 
7. 用鋁箔蓋,烤25至30分鐘
8. 當水份被吸收, 飯熟
